On the downtown square at 16 S. Court Street, the Sullivan Area Art Guild puts the work of local and regional artists on the wall and changes the show often enough that a second visit looks different from the first. Paintings, drawings, photography, and handwork from the people who live and make in the county, hung in a storefront space anyone can walk into.
The guild also runs as a gathering point for area artists, with rotating shows through the year. The artists staff it themselves, so hours move around; call ahead or check the Facebook page before you stop in.
