A historic livery stable building in the river town of Merom, at 8740 2nd Street. The name marks what it once was, a place to board a horse or hire a rig, from the days when Merom worked the river trade and the stage line came through on the Old Sullivan Trail. It is privately owned today, so it’s one to take in from the street rather than visit.
