There are two Antonio’s now, and this is the one that started it. The original Mexican restaurant is on Old US 41 in Carlisle, the kitchen the Dugger location grew out of, serving fresh Mexican plates at lunch and dinner. Stay for a sit-down meal with a margarita, an ice-cold beer, or a mixed drink alongside, or take it home instead; a kids menu feeds the youngest at the table.
