Getting here is the easy part. US 41 runs straight through the county, north to south, past Farmersburg, Shelburn, Sullivan, and Carlisle, and it ties into the state roads that reach the rest: State Road 54 east toward the lakes, State Road 154 west toward the river. The Wabash River draws the state line along the county’s western edge, and the far bank is Illinois.
